Market Movers: Winners & Losers, Canadian Markets Top Gainers FYL +23.8%: Finlay Minerals Ltd. Finlay's 2026 induced polarisation survey outlined a 2.4 km chargeability anomaly at the IFT target on its SAY property. The anomaly sits inside a 2.5 km by 2.5 km magnetic anomaly and a 1,700 m by 2,600 m copper-silver-molybdenum geochemical anomaly, and mapping found quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration the company calls typical of copper porphyry systems. DEC +17.9%: Decade Resources Ltd. Decade has intersected porphyry dykes in strongly altered rock in every hole that reached bedrock at Bonaparte, 50 km north of Kamloops, across five holes and 2,000 m, including two holes collared 1.2 km apart. A sixth hole is in potassic rock with chalcopyrite and hydrothermal breccia, though these are visual observations and assays are pending. SVE +12.8%: Silver One Resources Inc. Silver One has a reverse-circulation rig turning at its Candelaria silver project in Nevada, with two more rigs due by late October to accelerate a 25,000 m program. The campaign follows assays of 472 g/t silver over 9.14 m within 25.91 m at 215 g/t silver and 0.33 g/t gold, extending mineralisation 400 m down-dip. Top Losers NVLH -25.0%: Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. Shares hit a 52-week low on volume about seven times the daily average, with no company news since a 21 July investor-access engagement. Flagship Bonnie Claire in Nye County, Nevada carries a 2025 PEA with a US$6.83 billion after-tax NPV at US$24,000/t LCE, built partly on Inferred resources, and the latest project update in April backed hydraulic borehole mining. Cash of about $107,000 against $869,000 in liabilities points to a funding overhang as the likely driver. FTUR -23.0%: Future Fuels Inc. Future Fuels launched a Red Cloud-led brokered placement of up to C$8 million, with units at C$0.32, flow-through units at C$0.38 and a C$2 million minimum, closing 22 October. The unit price sits about 14% below the prior C$0.37 close, and the stock settled at C$0.285, under the offer. Proceeds fund exploration at the Hornby Basin uranium project in Nunavut and Hatchet Lake in northern Saskatchewan. PRCG -15.9%: Precore Gold Corp. Precore's 8 October MagDrone survey expanded the prospective gold zone at its Arikepay gold-copper project in southern Peru to 800 m by 3 km, with only three historic holes inside the expanded area, and outlined a 1.5 km by 300 m magnetic porphyry target ahead of its maiden drill campaign. The fall reads as profit-taking after a run from a 52-week low of C$0.165.
